Don't let anger affect you.

For anger is not your friend. It is your enemy. It is not something that is going to help you on or off the court. When you are at the greatest level of your competition, you have to understand that you have to have a clear mind, a clear heart, a clear soul, a warrior spirit, not anger.

Anger will not give you the satisfaction that you are seeking on the court. Take full advantage of every opportunity that is given to you. And, when you are at the greatest height of the competition, understand, anger will not give you the win. Instead, it is you and only you, and your desire, and you're will to be the best competitor that you can be.

So, understand that you 'my friend' have that significant and the will, and the power, and everything that you desire to be the best competitor on the court. So, stand tall, swing with power. Swing with grace, and be the best competitor you can be. Do not let anger be your friend. Let anger step aside, and embrace the will to be the best competitor you can be.
